Demi Lovato kicks her boyfriend’s butt in a new Instagram video...watch her take Relationship Goals to a whole new level!
Demi is showing off just how much fun it is to work out with your partner--especially when it means you get to kick their ass! 

Demi and her MMA pro fighter boyfriend Ghee-yermie hit the gym to work on their Brazilian Jjiu-jitsu skills, and as you can see in the fun Instagram clip of the couple grappling, Demi sure knows how to bring a man to his knees... 
Damn, girl! Demi takes him down in one fell swoop, which probably isn’t an easy feat considering the guy is 6 feet tall, weighs 185 pounds, annnnd just happens to be a professional fighter! But despite Demi’s easy defeat against her man, he clearly enjoyed it just as much as she did, as evidenced by the adorable hug he gives her towards the end of the video…
That smile on her face says it all. Demi seems happier than ever since she decided to take a break from from music late last year, and she’s clearly been enjoying Ghee-yermie’s company in her downtime. She and the MMA fighter, who share a mutual love for the gym and all forms of martial arts, started dating at the end of 2016, and while they’ve mostly kept things low-key and away from the public eye, the occasional cute Instagram snaps have shown that things are still on the up-and-up for the incredibly fit and attractive pair. 

Not only is it great to see Demi enjoying herself with her new bf, she’s also looking healthy stunning these days, thus giving us all KINDS of Goals, from relationship to fitness!
